Rachel and Alberti.   They make good hosts for this show.

For you kind of people, do you think they yell?  And, yet they seem enthusiastic about the products?

And, they look like they like the food they sample.

Noticed they are presenting more sugar free deserts for you kind of people.  That is good.

@EatWell

What do you mean by "you kind of people?" What people do you want to see responses from?

@nomless

Foodies.   You?

@EatWell, I see.  Thanks for clarifying.

I haven't been watching the show, but I've never seen yelling on any show, so I probably wouldn't see it on the gourmet show either.

Yes, it's good they offer more sugar free desserts.

@EatWell What exactly do you mean by "you kind of people?"

@EatWell

Thank you for your kindness in replying. I agree with you about sugar free food offerings. QVC will gain more foodies with specific dietary choices.

Re: Gourmet Holiday. Yelling.

okay, I guess I am a foodie....I have always ordered a LOT of food from QVC.  I watched all the programs before.

I no longer watch Gourmet Holiday.

IMHO, both hosts DO yell and their demeanour is off putting for me.  Over dramatic, sing songing words etc, etc.

I won't watch either of these hosts on any program actually.

Ordering much less food now.  Probably a good thing for my pocketbook and waistline!  LOL

Re: Gourmet Holiday. Yelling.

@EatWell, if you think and like that the hosts are NOT yelling, shouldn't you have included the "not" in you subject line? As is, it looks as if you think think the opposite.

Re: Gourmet Holiday. Yelling.

I assumed she meant "diabetics."  I seldom watch the Gourmet Holiday shows.  However a while back they presented the sugar free Junior's mini cheesecakes.  Antonellla had some and in a while she had to leave the show.    Many people (and I am one) cannot tolerate the sugar alcohols in the sugar free items.    They don't mention that as part of the ingredients.
