Well, was bound to happen, but unfortunately not during the holidays. I ordered 15 Mrs. Prindable apples, as I give them out to neighbors during the holidays.

The box came yesterday, and as always, placed them in the refrigerator. I also noticed three small boxes filled with milk chocolate candies that were included in the box. As I was placing the apples in the refrigerator, I had to count them a few times because all that were there, were 12 apples, not the 15 I had ordered!!!! The invoice, however, was correct....strange! Anyway, called CS, and got a lady who apologized but told me I could only receive a refund on three apples that weren't included!!! Are you kidding me??????

I held back my frustration and asked her to please check with a supervisor about this order. A few minutes later, she came back and told me that I would be credited for a full refund. So, beware! check all your orders and if ever there is a problem, go to the top person to resolve it.
