I also got the Instant Pot in Red and have yet to open it as my Dad now says he would like one.  After consideration of the size, I really think the 8qt would be better suited for my needs, so I will give my Dad the TSV.  Question - does anyone know if and where there are 8qt Instant Pots in Red?  I know the color shouldn't matter, but if it is available, I would like it in red.  Thanks so much!

I went to Instantpot.com and did a live chat and the gal said

"we only at this moment have the 6qt pots in red".

she said possible in the future might make in red, but, looks like depending on how bad you want that color you might have to settle for black

Great, My 8 qt came also. It is still in the box because I am going on a little vacation. What are you going to cook first?

@Tigriss  Thanks for the Six Sisters YouTube link.....they look very interesting...  I just got an IP and looking forward to the ease!  Question, since I am a bread baker, anyone tried it?  I use a bread machine and oven, but would like to try IP if it is workable!

Mine is sitting home on the couch in Tx . I'm on way to Ind as we speak

staying the night in Misouri. I bought the book with me though to read in the car

probably a pot roast and northern beans down the road. LOL
