@KingstonsMom.  Just give him about a heaping tablespoon on his food and smear it around.

@suzyQ3.  I don't care for Greek yogurt.  Its too sour for me so I get the plain store brand non-fat vanilla.  I eat some, the dogs get some.  Tails wag when I take it out of the fridge.  I ought to start making it again.

I may not be a yogurt person.  I only like Yoplait with fruit.  I read it has a LOT of sugar!  Tried Greek yogurt thinking it would be fine.  It wasn't!

Why are they hiding the name of @suzyQ3 's yogurt? I only know about four national brands and they don't have offensive names.

@AuntG, I have no clue why it's blocked. If it's something ojectionable, it escapes me. But it must be on the list.

I mix into a glass of milk. It may sound strange but it tastes good.

Long fusilli pasta! (not the little twists, the long spaghetti fusilli)

Harder to find these days. Ronzoni used to make it, and years ago they stopped making it. It always was my favorite pasta.

There was only one brand I found occasionally at an Italian specialty shop, but it was never as good as the Ronzoni, as it used to break apart, upon cooking, into small pieces.

I just found an "artisnal" brand, from Italy, at Fresh Market...paid way more than I'd normally pay for pasta! I think it was about $6...but boy I enjoyed it, and it didn't break apart, but stayed long, like curly spaghetti, like it's supposed to.

So...I guess this will be a regular "treat" purchase for me now!

@amyb    Another long fusilli lover here. lol. I was so bummed when Ronzoni stopped making it too. There is a really good brand called Colavita. It stays nice and firm and doesn't break apart. If you can find it, take a shot at it. It's roughly $2.50. Smiley Happy

Re: Gone back to buying yogurt

It’s Two Good yogurt in our house.  It’s not perfect but it’s the best option I can find for my lifestyle.  I usually top it with a few blueberries and some homemade keto granola and have it for lunch a couple of times a week.  I’ve started seeing ads for a brand called Ratio.  I’d like to find an ingredient label to check out.
