Giada cooking italian food

Did anyone see Giada today? She made some kind of pasta roll with a spinach and white stuff filling. She then boiled it, sliced it and sprinkled on cheese and butter and put it in the oven. It looked delicious. I switched tv on half way through the episode and didn't catch the name. I looked online but still couldn't get name or recipe. Does anyone know what it is? I am dying to try it.
