Just received the George Forman indoor outdoor grill as a gift and I will love it a lot more if I have some pointers on what to cook and more specific directions. Would have been helpful to have some recipes with cooking times and temperature times. I did what was recommended to let it heat up first but then was at a loss at to what to keep it on. I cooked some hamburger patties and some veggie kabobs, meat dried out some. Not sure when was best to turn down, use lid, not use lid. Help really need some specifics.

One 0f the Grilling Shows on Sunday featured The George Forman Grill....I watched and noticed they said to cook just as you would on an Indoor Forman Grill. Start high temp, to heat up grill, then lower to temperature needed for the type of foods you are grilling. I use my "Knocking Out The Fat" George Forman Cookbook with this Grill. I also try to watch the Grilling Shows featuring this grill, for tips! (In the Kitchen with David, featured this yesterday)
