I have purchased directly from the Foodsaver site and received good pricing however, the last time I was in need I bought the generic from Walmart.  They are not as thick and don't have the texturing so I was apprehensive.  They work even better so far.  They are holding up nicely in my freezer and are keeping the vacuum seal.

When the Foodsaver  brand bags started getting thinner, I started buying other brands.

I get all of mine from Amazon these days.   I look for 5mil but sometimes it's hard to find and I find 4mil bags to be quite good.   When FS brand got down to 3mil, I figured I could do better.

I've purchased the FoodVac brand and they've been very good.    Last time I needed some 8" rolls and bought the OutofAir brand and those are good, too.
