GLUE?

Before I either try and get a parts replacement or buy a new blender I thought I would ask the smartest people I know......you guys!

The plastic part (that screws into the bottom) of the glass container on my blender is cracked and leaking (slightly). The blender is still in good shape. Has anyone had some positive experience(s) with GLUE......and what kind of glue. Hardware store stocks so many I'm not sure which to buy.

Any suggestions are welcome. Thank you. Smile
