GEL PRO MAT ARRIVED CREASED!

I took advantage of the 5 easy pays last Monday and bought 2 Gel Pro mats (Trellis design, color Plum, for stove and sink areas). They were packed quite securely (but heavy) and when I 'unwound' them they both had the same identical crease on the surface of the mat.

The instruction insert says this is 'normal' should disappear in 48 hours (I also called CS and they said same thing) but ......... it's been 60 hours now and nothing has changed.

The crease(s) was caused by the plastic wrap that holds the mat snug around a cardboard spool for shipping. The mats are great, color matches perfect on my white ceramic tile floor but for the price I don't want the creases!

Anybody have a similar experience with Gel Pro?
