Thing is I did not buy it until last night, I defrosted it in water and now put it back in the fridge until I will cook it tomorrow

I bought an almost 8 lb. breast and took it out Sunday afternoon. Last year I waited until Mon. and it wsa still not all thawed by Thurs. Maybe my fridge is too cold. Anyhow, everyone one enjoy the day.

You can cook still frozen.
Check for doneness with an instant read thermonitor reading 155 degrees. Let turkey stand for 15 minutes before carving.
