Fridge Died Any Suggestions?

The freezer part of my fridge is not keeping my food frozen just very very cold. It is about 10 1/2yrs old. I can only have anything larger than 21cu ft. A bottom freezer is a must . I am done with Kenmore and Sears due to mostly trying to get in contact with the repair people. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
