Fresh Baked Cookies For Those Who Live Alone

When I make cookies for the troops, I'll have one or two because they're soooo good when they're fresh out of the oven. I'd love to have freshly made cookies for myself more often, but I live alone and what am I going to do with a big batch? I just saw this tip on FB:

1 or 2 Cookies At A Time


Mix cookie dough, freeze in ice cube tray, pop out and keep in freezer bag. Then when you want fresh baked cookies, you can bake just a few at a time.
