I take each one and wrap it individually in the plastic wrap that I purchase from Costco.  I then place them in a freezer ziplock plastic bag.  When I thaw them I remove them from the bag and unwrap them from the plastic wrap and let them thaw on a rack at room temperature.  Allowing them to thaw that way removes the moisture and keeps them from getting soggy.

I also try to use them up within a 6 to 8 week period.  If they are left too long in the freezer I find they just lose their quality and they don't taste as good.
