I made (Duncan Hines) brownies with frosting but grandsons did not come so they are not cut yet. Can I freeze them? Should they be cut first?

Thanks

I bake ahead of time and freeze everything. They freeze great just wrap them well in saran wrap and then foil. They actually are better the next time!

I even bake my speciality cakes and freeze them well wrapped while still warm to maintain the moisture. Works like a charm oh and the brownies don't have to be cut first!

Enjoy!

If you cut them first then you can have one brownie when you want, instead of needing the thawing the entire piece. wrap each brownie.

I wouldn't freeze them if they're frosted. I do cut them into 2""x2"" pcs and freeze them for later. That way I won't be tempted to ""straighten the line"" and end up eating the whole thing!

Thank you for your replies. I froze them individually so we could get one at a time without thawing all of them.
