Can you freeze chicken salad made with mayonnaise--anyone?

I have frozen it and it comes out pretty well after thawing. It may be just a slight bit watery than before it was frozen, but I stir it up and it's usually fine. On occasion, I might add a tad bit more mayo. Hope this helps.
