This was at the end of the cracker/potato chip isle.  Never seen it before so got a bag.  It's pretty good. Crunchy but not too hard. Has a subtle savory flavor with the seasoning they use.  We been having a small bowl in the evening as a snack and that small serving is enough to satisfy.  Good alternative to potato chips

Wow, those look yummy.  I don't have a Costco membership since it's not close to us. Maybe they have some online.

Love those!!  I bought them for salads but found myself eating them right out of the bag.  They're really good.

I wonder if you could reconstitute them to use in recipes that call for dried mushrooms?

@SeaGal I'll skip that and also there have been a number of mushroom recalls lately.  So no.
