I just made 2 loaves of zucchinni bread. As I was putting them in the oven I realized I forgot the salt. Will it matter ? Thanks.

how much was needed in each loaf? I don't know if it will matter, but people on a no salt or low salt diet has to do w/o. Maybe it'll be ok. Let us know.

It will affect the taste. If you need to lightly salt it as you slice it. Try it both ways! SHouldn't affect the cooking. But I will bet the salt makes it better!

I shouldn't matter ... but when you eat it, put salted butter or cream cheese on it..should make up for the missing salt..Enjoy!! Sounds really good!

I brought the zucchinni bread to a family member and theie were about 10 of us there. They all loved the bread. I myself thought it would have tasted better with the salt. Either way it tasted okay.
