For those who buy from Penzy's

I made the Penzy Green Goddess dressing a few days ago, with mayo and a splash of buttermilk, and today I used it for a marinade for a couple of strip steaks, and to go with it, I cut up some small butter potatoes and red potatoes mix, and added Penzy lemon pepper seasoning, and the Barvarian seasoning, with a bit of olive oil, and mixed it up in a zip loc bag, and turned it several times, as I did with the steaks, and roasted the potatoes, after cutting them up, with flesh side down, for about 25 minutes, and grilled the strip steaks, after marinating for a couple of hours on a cast iron grill pan, in my new oven, and it was worth my telling you about it here......SO.......it was wonderful..........Cool
