Re: For the Baker Who Has Everything...

That's fun, @lolakimono! I just realized recently that I never shared the solution I came up with for transporting multiple pies this past Thanksgiving—the Snapware Snap 'N Stack Square 3-Tier Seasonal Ornament Storage Container (13x13):

The cardboard dividers are all removable (in fact, they require assembly, so they arrive in flat sheets), giving you three tiers with interior dimensions of 12.5x4.25" for your pies that all snap together and take up very little space in transit. (Do NOT use the handle unless you only have one pie in one tier—you'll need to carry this package from the bottom.) I got mine on Amazon but did see these sold in local superstores during the holidays as well.

In my neverending quest to eliminate plastics from this world, someone always has to come up with some piece of junk to ruin the planet.

No offense to @lolakimono .  You are my hero.

@faeriemoon.  Good luck with your quest but I think it's futile.

Boy that’s genius. Why can’t I think of cool stuff like that?

That's pretty nifty, but these pie carriers from Lock and Lock are the best pie/cupcake transporters I've ever found.  They fit on the floor in the backseat of my car so there's no opportunity to slip and slide.

When my son needs some extra money, he moonlights as a Grubub driver.  I found this hack on Pinterest and it works great, though he uses a closed bin to protect from spills.
