With Putin's oil Czar economy in crude oil meltdown -- since crude oil prices are way down -- it's amazing that he still has food to burn.

 

That said, while I'm sure he eats domestic caviar, I doubt that he's swigging it down with domestic wine... after all, he probably isn't drinking vodka all the time.

 

And the Volga peasants don't even get cake...
