For Kitchen Gadget Lovers... Hamilton Beach Breakfast Sandwich Maker

I received it yesterday and used today. After reading all the pro and con reviews, this is how I made my sandwiches. I pre-made Grand Flaky biscuits. I heated up the unit, lightly sprayed buttery Pam. As unit was warming up, I gathered my ingredients... eggs, shredded cheddar cheese, frozen pre-cooked sausage patties and biscuits. I warmed 2 frozen sausage patties in the microwave for 1 minute while machine was still heating up.


I added biscuit bottom and sausage, then added my egg and cooked for 4 minutes. In the last minute, I added my cheese on top of sausage, lastly I added the top of my biscuit on the egg.

My sandwich was perfect and delicious. My Biscuits were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. My egg did not leak from the machine and it was easy to take apart and wash in hot sudsy water, dried and re-assembled.
