For Cooks and Cookbook LOVERS: Best Chinese Cookbook?

Hi Ladies,

Do any of you have a Chinese cookbook you use and love? I have one (I think it's called Easy Chinese? and was profiled on the Rachel Ray show last year) that I really don't use and the recipes are not that appealing to me. Anyone else out there have a good recommendation?
