Anything that has ever been in one of those reusable/returnable cloth grocery bags. Proven carrier of e-coli....had a friend almost died last year from e-coli from that source.
Anything ""farm raised"". Tilapia from China is raised below chicken wire....chicken are raised on the wire......

Artificial sweeteners, meats with preservatives, most non-organic fruits and veggies and most non-organic dairy, greasy foods, chips and other snack foods, snails and brains. That's about it.

Any and all processed foods(?) in boxes or cans or jars or bags, unless the sodium and sugar amounts are within my guidelines. I don't buy stuff that has ingredients I can't pronounce. Mostly I buy fresh/frozen things and make it from scratch. No dairy either. Artificial anything is out as well as high fructose corn syrup. Farm raised fish--yuk!!! Anything from China, a no brainer. No raw seafood. And nothing---ever---ever-- that resembles Sloppy Joes---gag, choke, cough-----makes me cringe!

Cheesecake. I think it's diseased and should be declared illegal in all 50 states and around the world....maybe even the universe.
Ok, I'm kidding. I really don't care for cheesecake though. DH loves the stuff, so I make a ton of different cheesecakes for him to enjoy. I don't know, there's something about the texture of a cheesecake that rather curdles my corpuscles. I can't eat it. Just can't. I'll make it. But I won't eat it.

I never order them because they are "gloppy." You are right. Back in the dark ages when I was a kid, I remember them as not being as sweet and sticky as they are today and I liked them.

Harpa, sounds like you've got healthy eating habits. Kudos! I avoid meat. Before my gall bladder surgery, I had trouble digesting meat of any kind. Now I don't even like the taste of it.

Someone asked what we eat if we avoid things.. I eat very simple real food. A typical dinner for me...
I had liver & onions and a large helping of fresh asparagus, both cooked in ghee from a local farm.
