Does anyone have suggestions for containers that would carry 'refridgerated" items and "warm" items and keep them cool or warm for an extended period (8-10 hours)?

The containers themselves don't have to be that big.  To fit a meal or two.  And, fit in carry-on luggage.

Thanks!

Re: Food travel - containers?

@Julie_23.  Sounds like all you need are some wide-mouth Thermos containers.  They'll go hot or cold.

You can just put the food in the regular containers (rubbermaid or lock and lock) and then put the containers in a small insulated lunch box cooler bag.  Just keep the warm and refrigerated items in two seperated insulated bags.

Thanks, @Kachina624 and @momoftwo2007, for the help.  I will look into both of your ideas!

Much appreciated.
