Is that chocolate macaroon bundt cake mix the one where you have the coconut stuff mixed separately and you put it in the middle? I used one like that once and rather liked it. I love coconut, and coconut with chocolate is one of the best things ever!
I remember getting this mix (by one of the major mix companies, IIRC) and going back to get more and it was obsolete. ![]()

I miss MILK CRACKERS, not sure if Nabisco made them but they were in a narrow purple box. I loved them with butter on them along with a cup of coffee...yum!

Those were the best cookies. ![]()
My maternal Gramma always had a variety package on hand.
I loved the pinwheels and the butterscotch ones. I think that they were like a toffee flavor, if I recall.
When their cookie factory and outlet was still around when my husband and I were newly married, we would go over there and buy freshly made cookies. Ohh, yum!! ![]()
I also miss the Morton's frozen bakery goodies that @Mothertrucker mentioned.
They also made frozen glazed donuts that were awesome, and they made a Southern Fried Chicken that was amazing, too. I used to buy it all of the time when I could find it, and it was hard to find.
One of our little neighborhood grocery stores carried the Morton's products, so my Mom and I would get them back when I was living at home, as she also really enjoyed them, too.

I remember the chocolate macaroon bundt cake mix. Yum.
The chocolate macaroon bundt cake mix was the first item that popped into my mind when I saw this thread! I once bumped into a knockoff of this mix offered by a high-end cooking supply company but it was very $$$$.
Other than that, I recall a skillet lasagne boxed mixed my mom bought in the 70s. I think it was made by Hunts. It was so good that I could eat half the skillet once it was cooked. Boy would love to see that come back.
I loved those boxed Bundt cake mixes.
If I recall correctly, I think that Pillsbury used to make them.
My Mom and I used to make a lot of Bundt cakes from scratch back in the 70's when they were really in fashion, but she would also buy the boxed mixes and make those, too.
Those were really, really, good, as I remember. There was a cinnamon coffee cake-type cake mix, a "Tunnel of Fudge" cake that was awesome and had a fudge center, and one that was chocolate with a coconut center filling in the middle. ![]()
There might have been more choices then, but the ones that I listed were the ones that my Mom always had on hand. If she didn't bake them, I would pull one out and bake one for our family-they were just so good! ![]()

Anyone remember when Sara Lee made a frozen, 3 layer coconut cake that had coconut frosting on the outside and LEMON curd between the layers??!
My Nana, who loved coconut, absolutely loved this..Now they are all coconut, no lemon filling.....
