I have the original Big Mama and I love it. I've made pasta in there, chicken with mushrooms - everything turns out delicious. I don't flip the big one.  I don't really think it's meant to be flipped.  I do have the 10 inch round flip which is my favorite.  I've made the best omelettes in there and I do flip that one.  I also have the set of two small ones which I haven't used yet - I really don't cook much.  Got those for a quick piece of fish.  I would still like to get the pot and the junior size since the big one is really large for me.  These  pans are very good and clean-up is literally non-existent.  I do also have their air fryer and I love that also.

A few months ago I ordered their mini flilp pans.  They came in a pack of 2.  When I tried it the first time, I made a small 5 oz steak and added a few thick sliced onion rings.  When it came time to flip, there was liquid coming out splattering all over.  So, today I made a thick 1.5 inch piece of meat but left the onion out.  It worked quite well, but I really didn't need this.

They are incredibly light weight and cleaning is very easy.  But I have plenty of pans already, I guess now I have just more of them.

How anyone flips a full 5 qt flip pan, is beyond me.
