Flavored Liquid Coffee Creamer uses other than for coffee?

Does anyone know of any recipes and/or uses for flavored coffee creamer other than putting in coffee?

I looked it up a few years ago when I had excess flavored creamer. There are several uses and recipes online. I remember reading you can use it on ice cream, in cake and cookie recipes, in muffin and sweet bread recipes, milkshakes, brownies, cheesecake...etc.
