I purchased the 4 in 1 Ninja slow cooker several months ago. It arrived, used it 1 time and had to send it back. It would not stay on, keep getting ERR message.
I shipped it back and just washed my hands of it. I went out and purchased a simple 5 quart slow cooker off of a store shelf. It just was not what i wanted. I plodded along with my store bought slow cooker.
I finally broke down Monday and ordered my Ninja 4 in 1 slow cooker. It arrived yesterday.
I am using it today and very pleased with results so far. It is slow cooking no problems like last time.
The dial is different from my Ninja 3 in 1 slow cooker. I will have to be careful that I don't try to slow cook on the stove position dial.
So far so good and I do like my Ninja slow cooker/ stove/ oven bake.

I'm sorry you got a defective one the first time around. I've really enjoyed using mine. As the weather gets warmer here I am using it less often, but in the winter and spring I was using it twice a week.
