I had one once and then when it quit, I guess I quit wanting one. Well I'd keep running into new recipes I wanted to try and would need to broil some things. I really started missing the old one I use to have. Now with my back as it is, I wanted one. My husband is thrilled to be able to do pizza in it. Tomorrow we'll break it in.
I know there's broilers at the bottom of some stoves. For us, it's a bit much. Maybe others use their broilers fairly often too. I don't know, I'm tickled.
Still not using the air fryer much. I'll probably need to pass ours on eventually.

I have a countertop convection oven w/broiler. Like yours it has a pizza setting. Mine also has a rotisserie rack thingie which I've never used. I keep those inside my oven which I use as pan storage.
I've never broiled in a stove.

I use my Oster counter top convection oven, french doors. Wonderful. I have the high-end GE Profile stove with two ovens (husband retired from GE (worked in hospitals) after 22 years Air Force), so we got a great reduction in price. I am a widow now and only use my Oster. I love it.
