Finally, I was able to use cheese!

Hubby is lactose intolerant, so I don't cook with cheese for me and him. This Thanksgiving, I was invited to a friends and I made this: http://lidiasitaly.com/recipes/detail/1070

It's not hard and everyone really like it. I made it in an older big TempTations casserole dish. I also made a pumpkin bread and served it on the trivet, (as seen on TV!).
