Finally! I've Decided On Easter Dinner

Spiral Cut Brown Sugar Ham

Chelsa's Pasta Salad (with ranch and dill)

Fresh Green Beans

Crustless Spinach Quiche with muenster cheese

Deviled Eggs

Cantaloupe

Hot Yeast Rolls

Millionaire Pie For dessert.

Ahhhhhhhhh.....peace!!!

I have several goals here.  I always try to have green beans.  Our grandsons could roll in them.  I also will go with two or three vegetables but I have a limit of one starch (not counting bread).

If anyone missed these recipes, I'll be happy to share again.

Is this the Furr's Cafeteria Millionaire Pie?  One of my favorite desserts.

Our family/guests are going to be surprised  at this year's menu for Easter:

Cheese, summer sausage and cracker tray, chicken Enchiladas, green beans, fresh fruit tray, fresh vegetable tray, strawberry jello salad (forever family tradition!), Jello eggs (another family Easter mandate),decorated sugar cookies and lemon cheesecake.

Hi: Can you post the recipe for the pasta salad?  Ranch and dill sound wonderful. Thank you.
