Fiesta Ware Advice Needed

Just a quick question, which is why I didn't put it on the other Fiesta Ware post.

I ordered a white sugar packet holder from Amazon. It came and I decided not to keep it as there was a very noticeable flaw where the side meets the bottom. In one spot there was not any glaze and then on one of the sides, there was a light, light, light yellow mark that did not come off when I used a Kleenex to rub it off. So, Amazon was going to make an even exchange.

I received the second one today. There is another "pit", smaller than the first one, where the bottom meet the side. In addition, on the inside is a dark noticeable shadow in one of the corners that is round and goes about halfway up.

Should I send the second one back, also? Since I am so new to this, I don't have a firm background in what to accept and what is not acceptable.

Any advice you could give me will be greatly appreciated.
