Well goodness sakes, I never saw this. I float certain topics to the top and I guess I didn't read the title. But then, I am old.

Well nothing much to say now - had Subway for dinner - me and Davey.

Re: February What's cooking at your house?

I didn't cook it.  My sister made lasagna and since she passes my street on her way to work, texted me on Monday to let me know she left containers of lasagna on the front porch.  I've been having a piece every other day for lunch :-)

My sisters try to feed me all of the time and they know I am no Betty Crocker, lol.

Re: February What's cooking at your house?

Enjoying cooking a lot this week my family is here visiting ! It has been a wonderful week of making their favorites And being in the kitchen!

i made stuffed cabbage, sauce w/meatballs & sausage, meatloaf, pot roast, stuffed pork chops and of course, antipasto salads and great sides.  For dessert I've made: biscotti, chocolate/French vanilla cupcakes, apple streusel coffee cake, birthday cake and some Italian ricotta cookies.

Sounds like Ive spent a lot of time in kitchen but I haven't -- gotta love easy cook ahead meals.

ill be sad for them to leave then it's back to just the 2 of us!

Tonight I did stir fry and added pineapple.  Instead od adding a little water to do the steaming, I used the 100% pineapple juice.  Turned out nicely!
