Just bought a loaf of Ezekiel bread. What's your favorite way to eat it/top it with?

I like it toasted with a little butter, avocado, salt and pepper.

I keep it in the freezer, and break off the slices as I go.

I love to use it for breakfast a sandwich! I use a large, round cookie cutter, and stamp out a circle on each slice.

I use the same cookie cutter (sprayed w/ Pam) to cook the egg, cheese, and sometimes Canadian bacon in a non-stick skillet.

Toast the Ezekiel bread, and you have a sandwich!

* I prefer to use their English muffins, but E. bread does fine.

I use it just like regular bread.  Usually toast in the morning with either butter or occasionally jam.  I also use it as sandwich bread for the normal fare.  

I like to use their tortillas for burritos, quesadillas, and small pizzas.

We aren't eating much bread these days. What kind of bread us Ezekiel? Never heard of it. New brand? What type of grain?

Veggie sandwich, avocado, sprouts, sliced cucumber, lettuce, tomato, bell pepper. Hummus instead of avocado is also really good.

It's been around as long as I can remember. It's a sprouted grain bread.
