Since I've eaten it for years, it is our regular bread. Just a good multi-grain. I store it in the freezer so it stays fresh and use it for everything.

Toasted, and topped with:

1) almond butter, apple butter & cinnamon, or

2) fried egg, Asian seasoning blend, siracha sauce, or

3) peanut butter, apple butter & cinnamon, or

4) mashed avocado blended with garlic powder & lemon juice & diced onion, or

5) tuna salad slice of melted cheese.

I toast mine, spread with mashed avocados and then add a poached or fried egg and maybe some really good ham or bacon. Delish!!!

I've never tasted it. My neighbors use it but for some reason it doesn't appeal to me
