I'm older than dirt
but only discovered oven roasted veggies in the past few years. Have tried all my favorites (brussel sprouts, asparagus, broccoli and cauliflower) with great success, but I'm wondering if ya'll have other favorites.
I'm especially interested if some of my non-favorites (carrots, green beans, sweet potatoes, squash) can be prepared in the same method and if the oven roasted method may make them more palatable.
Extra seasoning tips (I usually just use S&P, garlic) are welcome. Thanks!
