So now that I have the Deni meat tenderizer, I was wondering what marinade recipes people are using out there for their meats, whether it's beef, poultry, seafood or pork.
I was watching one of the videos of my NuWave oven and the chef on website used this recipe for a couple of steaks.
2 cloves minced garlic
1 pound beef sirloin steak (1 inch thick), halved
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1-1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar or red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Nice trick she mentioned was that when you bring home the meat from the supermarket, make the marinade and put the steak(s) and marinade in a freezer bag (for an hour or so in the fridge) and freeze the meat until you're ready to cook it. This way, when you're ready to defrost/cook the steaks, its already marinated.
