K44447  love this pan to bake big roasts in, chickens, pork roast, etc.

Light wgt aluminum. My go to pan, I didn't pay this clearance price for it though. Not lifting any heavy cast iron. LOL

That is a really nice pan and the price is a steal.  I wish I needed a new one.  I wouldn’t hesitate to buy this for a gift either.
