It's almost impossible to find on the west coast but growing up in PA my favorite lunch meat was Lebanon Bologna.
Our local deli carries this -- I swear it is addictive LOL
We had a 4-H exchange student from PA stay with us for a summer when I was a teenager. I always remembered her asking if we had any Lebanon Bologna for a sandwich if she wasn't crazy about what we were having to eat. Never knew until I saw it at the deli what the heck she was talking about.. Totally different than what I grew up with that we called bologna.

I have two. Smoked turkey breast, Swiss Cheese, brown mustard (on a plain bagel) and sandwich pepperoni, provolone cheese, mustard (on Italian bread).
The sandwich pepperoni I only treat myself to once a year, high in calories and fat.
And now I eat my turkey breast sandwich on a bagel thin.

Boar's Head German baloney and liverwurst, Danish ham and swiss cheese, genoa salami and American cheese, roast beef and swiss. All shaved except for the liverwurst and cheeses which are sliced as thin as possible. All sandwiches either on a white kaiser or club roll.

I've noticed a few people mentioned Buffalo Chicken. I'm not familiar with the Deli variety. How does this come and can it be very thinly sliced? Thanks 💝
Think Buffalo Chicken dip marinated on chicken. Yes, it can be sliced thin. It will still be spicy, which is the way I like it. Sorry, can't recall the brand.
ETA- Checked at our meat market. It is Boars Head brand.

@cheriere Mortadella is one of those big lunchmeat types. It's usually make of pork and looks like bologna with white pieces in it. Those white pieces are pork fat. Usually it has plack peppercorns in it too. I like it.
I also like german bologna, genoa salame, Liverwurst and for cheese Very Very thin sliced Munster cheese. I find with cheese, the thinner the slice the more intense the flavour.

@candys mine Thank you so much for answering this question. I actually think my parents have bought this on occasion. I just never cared for it. But now, thanks to you, I do know what you're talking about.
Again, thank you.💝

DD and I like the hard salami and there is a brown roasted turkey--have no idea what brown roasted is??---that is so good. I like ham off the bone too. Mortadella is yummy too. We do a soup and panini sandwich dinner once a week----
