Electric jar opener that's older than dirt
long sleeved BBQ gloves instead of regular oven mitts which does not do a thing for me.
Baby fryer - I & paramour use to fry chicken, fresh french fries, fry shrimp, salmone & crab cakes.
I am going to sell my air fryer.
Electric juicer - I make a lot of fresh lemonade all year round. Paramour made fresh oj one morning. It was really good. He used the "pulp" strainer as we both like pulp in our oj.
Electric Spice grinder - I use to ground up sea salt & peppercorns for my meats.
OXO metal measuring spoons
OXO vacuum sealed bread container - I keep my breads in the fridge.
For the record, I have a OXO kitchen.
I keep an Amazon Dot in the kitchen for measuring info, reminders, timer, heating info & other kitchen info stuff.

@PA Mom-mom wrote:@geezerette @QVCkitty1 @Bookplate I use the Pull-Chop so much it almost never gets put away. It's so much easier than dragging out a big food processor. It's great for doing lots of garlic as well. I checked, and it isn't available on QVC right now. Amazon usually has a version, but it's too expensive.
@PA Mom-mom & everyone else who is interested......
That chopper is available on the vendors (Kuhn Rikon) website w/a 25% discount coupon.

@PA Mom-mom I use the Harbor Freight Pittsburgh 8" Multipurpose Stainless Steel Scissors to cut chicken. I find the handle shape comfortable to use.

I would be lost without my curved, slatted, large spatula. Flips, drains and lifts. Love it.

My pull and chop (used several times weekly). Mine was a weight watcher version, I think it was under $10. Years old!
Kuhn rikon shears, yep, bought two 5 packs years ago. Gifted a couple, but I swear there is one in every room. I noticed now they sell a two or three pack for the same price. Thanks, Mark Charles.
And probably my oxox jar opener.

Don't remember where I got them. So handy for scrambled or fried eggs. Spatulas are heat safe. Also good for scraping sauces out of pans, dishes, jars, mixing bowls, etc. I use these daily.
I have a set of those too, and use them every day. Mine have stainless steel handles with the siicone spatula and are dishwasher safe - even on the bottom shelf with the other utensils. I bought them at Bed, Bath and Beyond - boy, do I ever miss that store.

I have a few I can think of right now and probably more I'll think of later.
-Hamilton Beach Breakfast Sandwich maker from QVC. I love this thing, and so does DH. I spread a little basil pesto on the English muffins before placing into unit. Possibilities are endless for delicious sandwiches.
-Egg Cooker from QVC (MCM). Not having to boil water or stand over the stove is a plus for me.
-"Pulley" chopper from QVC (MCM). This little thing is a powerhouse. We like our coleslaw chopped, so I put the bagged coleslaw mix in it and pull just enough times to get the desired texture. It takes just a few minutes for the few batches required to chop a bag of the mix.
-Avocado masher. It's like a potato masher, waffle type, but much smaller. I use it when making avocado toast, and also when mashing hard-boiled eggs for egg and olive sandwiches. The small masher allows me to mash the eggs, mix ingredients, and store in the same small container.
Fun topic.

Of the gadgets I've bought lately, my favorite is the set of red-handled Ginsu serated knives. They are the best knives I've ever had in terms of how sharp they are and the fact that they will cut anything from bread to meat to slicing fruit and vegetables. I use at least one of them ever day.
Of things I've purchased in the past, one of my favorites is the Mad Hungry set of silicone stir utensils. I use them for so many things including batters, homemade and canned soups, puddings, mayo, emptying a condiment jar...seems like I'm always reaching for one of them.
Another one is my OXO paddle-shaped jar opener. Someone here recommended it and it has made my life a lot easier! And how can I forget my pull-chopper! It makes easy work in no time to get an onion chopped.
All 4 of these were bought on the Q.
