Love many desserts, but my absolute favorites are carrot cake with cream frosting, and cherry pie with a scoop of good vanilla ice cream .

It would be so much simpler to name my least favorite dessert. . . anything with nuts. I don't even have a favorite pie, cookie, cake, pudding, cobler, roll, donut, etc. . . I love them all!!! Last week I made fresh strawberry pies for my favorite family members; they are my Springtime favorite pies. . .Last night I baked my favorite decorated sugar cookies (St. Patrick's Day!) for my favorite grandkids. . .and so it goes. . .

I got home from the hospital (after being there for 5 nights) and my friend asked what she could get me. I told her refreshing ice cream or sherbet. She brought me a container of Bryer's Double Fudge Brownie - eeewwwww! I told her I'm not a chocolate person.

Fortunately I have a few jars of Costco's sliced peaches and added that and honey - so now it's edible. Next time, if someone asks me what I want I'll say Vanilla!!!!!

I also like Tiramisu, Creme Brulee and just plain poundcake.

My favorite dessert is from a local Italian restaurant: Raspberry Hazlenut Meringue Cake. Super delicious!!!!!!!!! Second favorite is probably Tiramisu.
