Yep, 5 or 6. Have used one since I was 15. In Tx. with this tough meat you best have a cooker and know how to use it. LOL
I even have one left over from my 'youth' hhahahah KInd you put on stove and it hisses out steam. Keep it 'just because'.
I got Cook Essentials 8 qt OVAL which your not gonna find any more it's from back when stuff was still being made to last and I don't use that much, but, great for ribs, etc. Been real good product.
2- 6 qt. round cookers. One has been with me still using for no telling how many yrs. (all from QVC) other one is sitting on top of shelf as a back up for this one . Think it's the model that talks to you they used to advertise.
Then, I got my favorite the 4 qt OVAL I use for chicken and dumplings.
Qvc quit doing the ovals, unfortunately, so, got this some place else bought an extra one for back up. Pressure cook a whole chicken and make chicken salad.
saw Q had a 2 qt pressure cooker one day and was tempted, but, I think maybe with back ups I have 6 ! Yikes ! I need to take inventory. 2 would be to small anyway, be cute though.
Yeah, I'd have no qualms ordering from Wolfgang Puck from HSN I got his grill and deep fryer and few other little items, rice cooker, etc.
I'd check HSN's website for the 20% off code usually up at the upper left side of page. If you can get free shp and the 20 per cent off best your gonna do. Think I'd wait till next week see what he brings and check their website when he comes they will have all his items listed.
Back at xmas the best deal on my Philips indoor grill was at HSN. That thing is EXPENSIVE and they had it for 219 after 20% off and free shp. Plus, I put on flex pay for 3 months. Don't know if Paula Deen sells them or not I've never been able to catch her shows. I'm mainly David Venable and Puck watcher.

He's one of my favorites I overlook things about a host like the happy dance/David and as far as Puck wiping his nose all the time he may have sinus problem or could just be the condensation/steam from all the cooking that's going on in front of him.
This little bitty stuff doesn't bother me I've seen worse in real life.
Men honking up snot on the ground, kids cleaning out their ears in church,
women changing diapers on airplane from where they're seated, people with gas problems in libraries, itching private parts in public, etc.
In this world you best come out of being fussy and high toned and be prepared to see stuff your not used too. ROFL
@SharkE :-) Happy to help, ma'am. By the way, I realized *after* I made the initial post, that I was slightly wrong on the dates and times. Between what Dish Network shows, and what HSN's web site shows, I got my wires crossed. Sorry 'bout that. According to HSN's site, the chef will be on as follows (CENTRAL time):
I know y'all are quite capable of sleuthing out the details, but I wanted to clear up my wee bit o' mess, as minor as it was. I am a stickler for details, and hate it when I goof up in my writings. But I digress...
@SharkE I also try to overlook the little bitty things. It can be hard, but I try, as I, too, like to enjoy the main purpose for the guest being on, and the products they're selling. I've seen worse, too, for sure!!!! (I'm sure we could list a million examples!! LOL!!) Just gotta try to put a more positive, compassionate spin on things. As far as happy dances and nose wiping, if I don't want to see it, I turn the channel. But over the years, I've come to around to just overlooking, more and more, the on-air habits. For whatever reasons those things happen, deliberate or not, it could all definitely be worse. Personally, I have more important things in life to worry about. Like digging out from a Minnesota snowstorm. Yikers!! LOL (We're fine, thanks be to the Big Guy Upstairs, and shovels and a snowblower.)

Thanks for the heads up! I always like to watch Wolfie in action. Especially the late night shows with Shannon after he's had a few toddies. As far as the other channel all you need to say is the Southern channel and we will know which one you are talking about.
Oh and don't forget to look at the comments next week for all the folks that can't stand to watch him acting gross...but still watch. Heelarious

I like WP products. I have been quite happy with most of the ones I have ordered. I'm not concerned about his personal habits since I'm sure he's not handling the products before they are sent to me, and they do tell you to wash them before first use.
I also don't like David's happy dance, but I think he is a good host.
@SharkE, I wish I had you to come over and teach me how to use a pressure cooker. I only recently got my first one, the CE mini one. I have only done potatoes and hard-boiled eggs so far. I'm quite intimidated by it.

Awwwwww no don't be. Best invention ever created. Meat is the easiest thing to not get messed up on. I always bake mine first for at least hr or hr and a half, then, stick it in pressure cooker with the beef broth you baked it in and maybe half cup of water, salt and pepper, set the gauge to 15 lbs of pressure, high pressure and depending on how tough the meat is set the timer to 45-60 minutes.
(Meat in Texas is tough as shoe leather what U buy at the store I mean)
I pressure mine for good hour.
2nd method is just stick the raw beef roast in there and cook to whatever your booklet tells you. I never cook mine from raw state because I want the finished product good and browned why I bake first.
When you release the pressure manually (if you don't want to sit and wait on it for the red thingie to go down on it's own) move the pressure knob over and put a rag over your hand because when the pressure is being released it will spit and sputter hot steam over your hand, button drops, pull out the handles and put lid down in sink and there U go. Should be fork tender, no tough leather for us.

The TS is his Smart Multi Steamer. Is that the steamer with several layers that seems huge and would take up too much space?

I think he is rude.

@raleighroo You're welcome! :-) Yes, the comments *after* a Wolfgang Puck visit are always funny and interesting. During one appearance last year, during a call from a shopper, WP said something very inappropriate that I CANNOT repeat, of course. I heard it live. If I were to post what he said, I'd get in trouuuuuuble here. I can't recall if there were comments on that incident here. And no, I can't remember what he was selling at the time. LOL!!

I enjoy his shows. I agree about the sloppy thing, but I still watch. He sure prepares a lot of dishes in the time allotted. I wish QVC would really cook more. Years ago QVC really did demos of cooking and HSN didn't. They just showed the cookware, etc. I really like the WP spiralizer. Don't know if he is still selling it.

@pinkmochi I'm really sorry, PinkMochi, but I'm completely unaware of the item you're referring to. If it's TOO big, yes, it may turn off many potetial buyers. I'll be recording the shows, in case I can't watch them live, so I can see what you may be talking about.
