Just this week I received my Solofill order. After brewing a cup of coffee this morning with the Solofill (the 4th or 5th use) I noted that the lid had popped up a bit during brewing and when I removed the Solofill from the Keurig discovered the lid hinge had separated.
I contacted Solofill through their website at 9:12 am, received an email they had received my inquiry at 10:11 am, then a request for order date and Paypal email address at 11:31 am. I replied with the requested information at 12:39 pm. At 1:46 I received a notice that a replacement unit would be sent tomorrow. They also advised that the Solofill would still work properly even though the top was detached from the cup.
All in all I am pleased so far with their customer service. I will update this if anything goes awry and I do not receive the replacement quickly.
