David checked in from the International Home & Housewares show this morning to reveal a new exclusive Le Creuset color for QVC—emerald:

The two-piece set in the center is a 4.25-qt Dutch oven with a skillet/baker lid that will be the TSV this Wednesday.

I love that color but I don't like the lids that double as a skillet/pan. I've had a couple of pots like that and have never used the lid as a skillet. Depends on the price as to whether I'll buy - I love LC but it grows heavier as I grow older!

Beautiful color!   These are too heavy and too expensive for me, but I enjoy seeing them.  If I were in the market for this brand, I would select the cassis.  This emerald is gorgeous.

The color is beautiful!  I love all my Le Creuset pieces, was hoping for a lidded braiser (or wider/lower piece), but may need to look into this one.

I bought the TSV in 2017 and love it every time I use it.

I did not buy the Braiser with the grill pan lid, and am still regretting it.

It would be great to have another TSV from Le Creuset that is a Braiser, with or without a lid that doubles as a pan. I know understand that that usually means that the lid is harder to take off; you need both hands to do so.

I still have a lot of the green kitchen stuff from the 1970's.  Been there, done that.  I like the newer modern colors better.
