I just put some very lean stew beef in the crock pot with carrots, onions, and fresh mushrooms.  I added a can of beef broth, Worcestershire, a little soy, and burgundy wine.

I'll roast the potatoes since after cooking they get "mealy" if refrigerated.  The starch turns into sugar which is why babies love potatoes!

Sounds delicious !  I got some skirt steak, and It using it to make tacos. Taco Wednesday ! 🌮🌮

That's a meal I hunger for. DH doesn't like stuffed pork chops, but I could go for those too.

@QVCkitty1 I am NUTS about toco salad!  DH uses the stand up shells for his.  He makes awesome salsa (not too hot, I can't do that!).  He spend quite a bit of time in San Antonio because of computers when we were first married.
