Ever heard of Chicken Mull??

Bear Grass, NC just had their 1st Chicken Mull Festival. Just cook a chicken in water til done, take off just the meat, put back in the pot with the broth and add crushed saltine crackers til thick. The fatter the chicken the better. They sold it for $2.00 for an 8 oz cup. They went through 65 gallons that day.

Maybe it tastes better than it looks. {#emotions_dlg.thumbup}

I've never heard of chicken mull but I make a "hot chicken sandwich" which is chicken, saltines, and boiled eggs. All are ground and seasoned with salt and pepper. Yes, it tastes a lot better than it looks Smiley Happy
