Tried a new technique I learned watching Martha Stewart baking show -- love how cool these cupcakes came out.  I used her swiss meringue icing recipe.

Anything homemade is considered wonderful in my opinion! (I'm kinda a baking snob -- I love to try new recipes!)  I wanted those sprinkles but I waited to long ... oh well, thank goodness for Dollar Tree cupcake holders & picks!

I'm sure yours were absolutely delicious ... as all the other good things I see you make!!!

Omgosh! Last time I was at my local 99⍧ store they had an ABUNDANZA of sprinkles, sugars, sparkles! You name it!

Rarely see sprinkles in our Dollar Tree (which is really the only 1 I go to).  I normally stock up on seasonal cupcake papers & to Micheals or Joanne's for sprinkles.

I think I have a obsession with cake decorating stuff!
