I only have and would keep toaster and coffee maker!

I think I have a blender somewhere but obviously have never used it.

Very Easy 2 - Instant Pot.  After spending lots of money purchasing a Ninja Foodi I realized I hate pressure cooked food.  Everything else is in regular rotation in my kitchen.

Air fryer, slow cooker, cast iron skillet (NOT Le Creuset--just old cast iron).

Easy for me.  As much as I know some meals taste wonderful made in cast iron, even a small fry pan is too heavy for me.  Won't buy.

Related but not asked.  As soon as I decide upon replacements, I will donate the 2 heaviest pans I already own-- 12" Cooks Essential and a 21/2 quart pot.  Both are hard anodized and really too heavy for me even before I add food.
