I had one when the kids were home and we used it every day.  It makes breakfasts a breeze.  Great not to have to watch the heat to do eggs!

 

Loved it for casserold type dishes, spaghetti, fried rice, chicken and rice, beans & weiners, etc.  We used it daily for something!

When we remodeled our kitchen several years ago, we set up a temp kitchen in my studio....it has a sink. We used an electric skillet and a microwave for four months when we cooked at home. It saved us. I loved it.
