Eating Not allowed?

Alberti is freaking out because he can't take a bite of the bagel. I've noticed no one has eaten today. I guess it's not allowed right now?

Maybe they cannot confirm that everyone who may prepare or handle the food is virus free. Or is he just trying not to eat everything. David could try this.

My friend texted me that when David was on.

She always watches the food shows. Out of the blue I got a text that said, "David's not eating.....is he sick". Ha!

I texted, "They're probably not allowed to eat it."

Years ago I emailed Mary Beth something about her eating the food. I remember she texted back that it might look good and/or pretty but it isn't edible because it's been left out or sitting under the lights.

This was a long time ago. I can't even remember how I got in touch with her, I just remember it was her and what she said.

I know in the past when they did eat, they were very careful on where and which area they took the food from. Often the vendor points to it.

He said he couldn't have it, so I'm assuming it's a QVC rule. Maybe it's because the vendor is with the food and they have to keep their distance from the vendor. I noticed the KA lady had gloves on today. Don't think I've ever seen her do that before either.

Restaurants are inspected and follow procedures for hygienic reasons. They wear gloves and hairnets, remove jewelry and properly store and cook food. In other words, they handle food correctly.

QVC is a shopping channel. Their food has probably been handled by quite a few people with no proper food handling guidelines and they probably do not sanitize with proper chemicals to use around food.

Better safe than sorry.
